Our certification course is offered in local real estate boards nationwide. Some of these boards, along with numerous attorneys and judges, recognize this certification.

Do you get Continuing Education credits with the course?
Regrettably, that’s not possible. Since we conduct our course nationwide, meeting the criteria for Continuing Education Credits in every state would be logistically unfeasible.

How is the exam administered?
The exam is available online and consists of 25 multiple-choice questions. To pass the exam, you need to achieve a score of at least 75%.
How long does the course take?
The CPRES Course contains 11 Sections, including a bonus section. It is self-paced and typically requires around 5 hours to complete all the content.
Do you offer live classes?

Are there any renewal fees?
This is a one-time investment. Once you obtain your designation, you can market it for as long as you desire.
Can my partner and I have one account?
No, certification is individual, and as a result, each person will have their own account.
